- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes. As a matter of fact, I plan on getting 2 more Comptia certifications, one in networking and one in security. I am also reading up on new and upcoming technology to stay up to date on everything technology related.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I first started when i wanted to customize my first desktop at the age of 8, I had no idea on how to do it so I started to ask people that did, and I started to take courses later on, and ever since I've always just kept having a passion for learning more and more.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common types of jobs I do for clients is virus removal, hardware upgrades, screen repairs, and data recovery.
