Welcome to CCE Weddings, where planning weddings is our passion!
Crystal started CCE Weddings in February 2020 after holding a Director of Catering & Events title at two popular Country Club’s in Charlotte. She and Kendall have been in the food and beverage industry for 10 years now. And both have experience in every position you can imagine.
We are truly in love with all aspects of weddings, no matter how big or small! Unlike many wedding planners, we don't mind getting our hands dirty. Including negotiating and dealing with tough decisions. Our sole purpose as your wedding coordinator is to create a memorable experience that you and your guest will never forget!

Hiring Crystal was seriously one of the best decisions we made throughout our whole wedding process. She was there when we needed her. Responded fast. she understood our vision and helped us carry it out fully on our wedding day. 10/10 would 1000% recommend to anyone who is looking for a Planner/Coordinator for their wedding day!

If you're hesitating to book a wedding coordinator, look no further than Crystal Clear Events! We asked for Crystal's services well into wedding planning since it was becoming a bit overwhelming to manage all of the details. She did a phenomenal job of jumping right in to introduce herself to our vendors and quickly built out a timeline that met our expectations for the day of the wedding. Her attention to detail and suggestions for a perfect day were tasteful and played well to what we wanted for our wedding experience. Crystal's day of coordination allowed Grace and I to enjoy the day without having to worry about the minute details.

My experience working with CCE was nothing short of spectacular. Crystal was very professional throughout the entire process. She helped execute my vision without any hiccups. Everything was just as I imaged. Our wedding guests raved about how good our coordinator was. They even wanted to leave a review with the venue lol. Her professionalism, execution, patience, work ethic and creativity was unmatched. I’m so happy we hired CCE. Do yourself a favor and hire them too :-)

Crystal Clear Events was one of the best wedding planning decisions we made. Made the process and big day so much smoother and easier. She is super responsive and thorough, and was able to get us everything we asked for. Crystal communicated and made this time and day for us so stress free. She was always on top of things. It was the most perfect day and all that can be said all thanks to Crystal. We would do it all over again only IF we had Crystal Clear Events again as our planning and coordinator team.

Crystal was hands down my saving grace for our wedding on 9/9/2023. It was a backyard/ outside wedding that had ALOT of little details plus last minute tent planning for the rain projected. Day of she handled the timeline exceptionally well and gained a lot of respect from my bridal party & guests with the way she carried herself. She also saved me money & time on tent rental big time by getting numerous quotes and meeting with them. I had a great time just meeting up with her for coffee to as she’s super sweet and passionate about her work. I highly recommend others for her weddings services!
