Here’s what you should know: • Pricing is based on the number of windows, size of the house, height/access difficulty, and whether you need interior, exterior, or both. • I offer free estimates — the final price is always agreed upon before any work begins. • Typical residential pricing ranges from $150–$400 for a standard single-family home (depending on the number of stories and windows). I will always provide a clear, upfront quote. • No hidden fees — the quoted price includes all labor, equipment, and basic screen cleaning (if requested). • Minimum charge — $150 (for small jobs or single-story homes with few windows).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process with a new customer is designed to be clear, convenient, and thorough: 1. Initial Consultation — I start with a quick phone call or message to understand your needs (interior, exterior, number of windows, any difficult access areas, screens, etc.). I can often give a fairly accurate estimate over the phone or via photos you send. 2. Free On-Site Estimate (if needed) — For larger homes or commercial properties, I come to do a quick visual assessment at no cost to provide an accurate quote. 3. Scheduling — Once you approve the quote, we schedule a convenient date and time. I’m usually able to start within 3–7 days depending on the season. 4. Cleaning Day: • I arrive on time, fully equipped with pure water systems, professional squeegees, extension poles, and eco-friendly cleaning solutions. • I thoroughly clean both interior and exterior glass, frames, and sills (as agreed). • I use safe methods for high windows and take all necessary safety precautions. • I remove and clean screens upon request. 5. Final Walkthrough — After the job, I walk through the property with you to make sure you are 100% satisfied. 6. Payment & Follow-up — Payment is due upon completion. I also send a thank-you message and invite you to leave a review if you’re happy with the result. I always focus on quality, attention to detail, and leaving every window streak-free. My goal is to make the entire experience easy and stress-free for the customer.
