Introduction: I am trained in traditional Thai Yoga sequencing from Chiang Mai, Thailand. My approach to my clients is an organic technique, that takes the experience back to the basics; primal. Therefore, allowing the client to reintroduce their body back to their minds. I am fascinated with the bodies ability to respond to the simplicity of pushing it's threshold. I love getting to know my clients and catering their Thai Yoga Stretching sessions based to what they want. The rewarding parts in the sessions are witnessing the milestones the client makes with their body (flexibility, range of motion, lessened pain, being able to relax, decrease in anxiety, ability to build/grow trust.. ect).

Gao is a very talented, professional Thai massage therapist. I had been dealing with some lower back pain and was growing weary of taking anti-inflammatory medications. After the first session that I received from Gao, I was almost totally pain free. I required no medications from then on and through regular sessions with Gao, I am now pain free. I could not be more satisfied.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I just came back from Thailand with my Masters level. I make it a point to read and educate other technique and modalities into my sequencing.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My education background is in Nursing, health and wellness. I am drawn to a more organic approach to assisting the body to heal itself. On my volunteering sabbatical overseas, I had my first "real" Thai Yoga experience with a grandma on the streets of Chiangmai, Thailand and my body fell in love with the technique.
What types of customers have you worked with?
As of right now, I focus on clients that have PTSD issues, clients that want range of motion and clients who want to work on relaxation.
