I discovered yoga and it's benefits while living in South Korea. My love for the practice grew quickly and I finally decided to become an instructor to witness the practice assist in the transformation of the lives of others as it did mine. I traveled to India to study the physical and mental practice and attained my 200 hour certification in Ashtanga Vinyasa.
Yoga is for everyone and I am here, ready to help you find the yogi in you.
