Jessie did a great job! He was extremely professional, prompt and thorough. He came by first to do an estimate and gave a fair and competitive quote. The following week he returned with an assistant and they cleaned all of our ducts as well as our dryer vent. He took videos of before and after and we were astounded by the difference. He communicated very effectively and let us know each time when he was coming. He gave a one year warranty and will come back in six months to retreat some areas. Highly recommended! Very neat and tidy. We are breathing easier now because of his quality work!

We had the best experience possible with Jesse. He cleaned all the air ducts and dryer vent in a house we recently bought on the morning we moved in. I can’t tell you how good we feel after seeing all that he cleaned out of our system! 😳 He’s professional, personable, kind, and so easy to work with. His prices are fair and he went above and beyond to check out all areas of our house and aspects of the HVAC. Excellent communication. We recommend him to anyone looking for these services and would hire him again in a heartbeat! My dryer wasn't drying efficiently--my clothing, at the end of the drying cycle, were still damp. I surmised it was a vent issue. I reached out to Clean Air Pro to schedule an appointment and the response was less than 5 minutes. Jesse, Clean Air Pro specialist, examined the dryer first and discovered that the dryer vent duct had not been installed properly by our movers. He reconnected the ducting and then checked the venting from the roof, where he found a handful of lint clogging the exterior vent. He removed the clog, did a test run with the dryer and voila! We have a functioning dryer. Jesse charged a nominal fee for his outstanding service and I am more than appreciative.

We were very impressed with Jesse from Jj's. They were very thorough in viewing our vents and getting a complete picture of all the services needed when providing the estimate. They did a great job of cleaning our air ducts and provided before and after photos and videos. They were very professional, prompt and friendly. I feel confident in the job they did.
