I hired this company to clean out my ducts from dust since my house was getting very dusty quickly. The owner was very responsive to my inquiry. His tech Jared arrived at the appointed time, was very respectful. He looked over the ducts and identified mold as well as dust, and showed me the evidence. He took care of both problems that day and was thoughtful with the belongings in my home while providing the service which was clean and efficient. My preference is to support our local businesses rather than national chains and this company did not disappoint me.

The 2 young men arrived on time and were professional. The lead technician asked me to show him the parameters of the job, did a minor inspection of the job and provided me with the estimate invoice. The technicians then proceeded to perform cleaning the vents and exchanges by floor. They vacuumed the bathroom exhaust fans and vents. Lastly, they cleaned out the dryer vent. The job took about 3 1/2 hours and they cleaned up behind themselves.

We are expecting our first child in less than 2 weeks so we wanted to get the annual vent and dryer cleaning. It was great timing because our technicians found mold. They were able to remediate the mold and install a UV light solution to prevent recurrence, in addition to the vent/duct cleaning. Now I can bring my baby girl home with confidence in the air quality. I will definitely use Carolina Duct and Crawl again.
