Being a small business owner, I understand the value and importance of customer reviews. We used Safe Trade International LLC to move our office furniture from one building within the business complex to another building. It was very important I felt comfortable using a company that would understand the importance of moving our file cabinets with minimal damage. The owner Kevin took the time to come to the office to assess what was being moved and where. He accepted the request to roll our file cabinets from one building to another since the new building location was in proximity. Why, our file cabinets are the commercial ones with a brick at the bottom to ensure its stability. NONE Of our cabinets were damage.. GREAT JOB Overall, the move went GREAT! Mr. Kevin ensured that his team wrapped and mounted all the items to ensure nothing broke. We had one small corner desk hinged lifted but was an over fixed. Mr. Kevin did not rush his guys during the move wanted to provide a good move, which he did. Nothing is perfect but I can say, Mr. Kevin worked for a quality positive experience. I am enclosing photos of the items moved, which shows we did not have much. I even paid an additional $200 TIP!!!!! The move went so great I reached out to Kevin to assist picking up a conference table from another location. Here is where the experience changes, I sent him the dimension and location where we would need to pick up the table. Upon arrival Mr. Kevin was fussing he was not going to make any money. My confusion, did I did not share the location and full description of the table. The seller was there but we had to wait un his employee to gain access. Mr. Kevin continued to complain, which irritated me. Now, I asked, would you have behaved in this manner if I were of a different race. His answer, I would not be here. That is when I said thank you for your services goodbye. I am disappointed we separated negativity considering the initial move was awesome. Would I use Safe Trade International LLC again, absolutely? I even recommended his services! Outside of our interactions after the move, I thank Mr. Kevin for moving my company with effortlessness.

Overall I had a great experience with the helpers at Safe Trade! We did have a little mix up with payment options where we didn't fully understand each other so I wish that could have been avoided but it was a misunderstanding. Overall, it was a fine experience. But could have been a little better, hence the 4 stars!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is fair based on the service that is provided and the special equipment that is used to ensure the safety of the products that are delivered. We only pickup and deliver furniture utilizing our own equipment. When inquiring please note the mileage, the amount of men it takes to do the job, how many flights of stairs , any special equipment to ensure safety, and the amount of furniture are all a factor in the pricing. If disassembly is required for the job that is an additional fee. (Starting at $70) If there are additional items that were not included in the original price that is an additional fee. (Starting at $50)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process is Kevin who is the Supervisor will usually reach out to find out more information. Next he will typically schedule a time to meet with potential clients to provide an estimate. Estimates are subject to approval and can be discounted. (Quotes can be excluded if there are only a few items) If the move is scheduled/confirmed an invoice and W-9 will be sent directly from the owner and from there Kevin shows up early and gets the job done!

Over 15 years of experience moving local offices and families in the Carolinas!
