- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Barbara Heathcote, founder of Home Staging To Sell, is an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP), Accredited Property Scene Designer (APSD) as well as a board member of the International Association of Home Staging Professionals (IAHSP), Raleigh chapter, and member of the Real Estate Staging Association (RESA). She also is an Accredited Master Staging Trainer for the Association of Property Scene Designers. As the owner of Home Staging to Sell, she draws upon her skills and experiences to advise her clients and provide them with the best staging solutions necessary to be successful in any real estate market. A student of Traphagen School of Design in NYC, Barbara founded Home Staging to Sell in 2007. Her focus and mission for her clients is providing value-add services - in a professional and cost effective manner. As a result, a high percentage of our business is from repeat customers and referrals. Committed to the community, Home Staging to Sell participated in the first Raleigh Habitat for Humanity home that was included in the Parade of Homes tour in 2008. The goal of the Habitant home in the Parade was to give the community visibility into the incredible service that Habitat provides - as well as the ability to visit a completed and professionally staged Habitat home - prior to keys being given to the new home owners. Barbara is also a board of trustee member for the Eastern North Carolina chapter of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. She also contributed to the book 'Life, Work and Money - From a Woman's Perspective' (Liberty Publishing Group, 2002). We welcome the opportunity to earn your trust and serve you!
