For couples who are considering divorce, I provide couples' coaching to help them understand the impact of how family of origin issues can disrupt communications, fuel arguments, and affect the children. Using a psychoeducational approach we can discuss issues of narcissism, incest, and sexual abuse, to lack of intimacy and withdrawal. 43% of couples regret getting a divorce, therefore my job is to coach you on how to change those pathological patterns and stop repeating the destructive sequences that disrupts your life, marriage, and family. Issues of narcissism, past sexual abuse, emotional incest, and secrets in families & couples can be explored and discussed! Ask about pre-marital coaching prior to nuptials! Ask about coach-walking on nature trails and parks during summer months***

Rev Linney officiated our wedding in San Francisco, CA. He also provided pre-marital counseling sessions. I didn't know what to expect with the counseling sessions. My only thought was that they would probably feel a little forced. That was not the case at all. They were real, genuine, and helped my (now) husband and I pull everything together in terms of things we had talked about, and things we had just implicitly thought. I enjoyed the counseling sessions, and also how Rev Linney officiated our wedding. It was a beautiful ceremony, and our families just loved meeting him and getting to know him. Since the wedding (we've almost been married 2 years), we've had a couple counseling sessions with Rev Linney. Not because things were "wrong," but because we are new to this marriage thing and just wanted to talk with someone about where we are. They were great sessions and Rev Linney provided a listening ear and wonderful perspective. I would recommend Rev Linney for counseling and wedding officiating.

If you are feeling stuck in your relationships, job or personal life, I can help you get where you want to go. If you'd like to transform your relationships with your lover, spouse, family, friends or colleagues; have better physical and mental health; or need relief from stress, anxiety, and depression, don't hesitate to get in touch. I work with clients face-to-face, by phone, and over the Internet. As a coach, licensed professional counselor and licensed marriage and family therapist with over two decades of experience in private practice and community mental health, I have expert knowledge of psychological principles, relationship and family counseling, sexual problems, trauma and abuse, child development, parenting issues and strategies that assist personal growth. I have integrated these approaches with a complement of holistic health practices in order to facilitate successful, lasting change for people at all stages of life. I use guided meditation, Reiki, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Ericksonian Hypnotherapy and mindfulness, integrated with more traditional therapies such as structural and strategic family therapy as well as cognitive behavior therapy to connect mind, body and spirit, and achieve transformative results for individuals, families and groups. For me, the practice of coaching and psychotherapy is a means to realize one's potential, find inner peace, and move our communities and world towards a greater good. I have worked with students, artists, musicians, writers, business people and professionals of all types. Packages are available for coaching and for counseling services. I am new to the Chapel Hill-Durham-Raleigh area, and I look forward to meeting the needs of the great people in the Triangle and beyond.

Jenna is an excellent therapist who possesses the rare combination of genuine empathy with practical, science-based counseling. I would recommend Jenna for both individual and couples counseling as I have used her in both scenarios. I can honestly say she is one of the best, if not the best, therapists, I have ever spoken with. I highly recommend Jenna.

I have been helping couples change painful communication patterns for over 35 years. I offer individual, marital and family therapies using ABCTherapy, a model I have developed in conjunction with my Duke colleagues over the last 12 years.

I offer psychotherapy for adults, children, couples and families. I have over 25 years' experience, with a focus on couples counseling, trauma and personal growth. Most people come to counseling because they are stuck or find themselves increasingly conflicting in their relationships. I see therapeutic intervention as a process of identifying strategies that cease to work, and learning new tools and strategies that help people overcome these difficulties, and find greater satisfaction and happiness in their lives. I am trained in a variety of methods, and share all my knowledge to help people achieve their goals. My hours are flexible, and I am willing to adjust my fees for those with financial difficulties. I offer experienced help for a wide range of difficult life issues.

I provide compassionate, solution-oriented individuals and couples, therapy to achieve balance and direction. Counseling and coaching don't have to be huge time commitments. Often, we can work towards your goals in a shorter amount of time than you expect. I offer a free 30-minute session designed to explore how my services can help you. I believe therapy is a collaborative journey best approached with creativity and a strong sense of humor. I will enable you to understand your strengths, so that you can develop resilience in the face of your challenges. You can choose to renegotiate your responses to anxiety, depression, and relationship problems. I want to make counseling accessible and convenient, so that you can access lasting results. My office in beautiful Lafayette Village is a warm, safe place to explore your hopes, fears, and goals. After our initial assessment meeting, we can work together via Skype or phone. In addition, I offer a limited number of concierge appointments in which I will see clients in their own homes or offices. I am available for day, evening and some weekend appointments. I provide marriage counseling to couples, individuals, families and groups. We work on issues related to finance, career, infidelity, children, family, pornography. and in-laws. Symptoms include anger, depression and anxiety. I provide mental health and substance abuse counseling. Substance abuse issues also plague marriages. Many time we are in denial about the amount and types of substances that are being used. Many times we are in denial about how the abuse affects the family. However, it affects the entire family. I am here to assist you on your journey to a fuller, happier life. It's so much easier when you have guidance. Give me a call. I do accept most major insurances. Peace and Blessings, Dr. Bunch

My wife told me she wanted a divorce about a week ago. I'm still trying to accept it and understand it. She has dealt with depression for a lifetime. I need to process how much of this is my fault, her fault, our fault. There is no hope of reconciliation. I also have anxiety, I think, and need to improve my communication skills. I've been to counseling a few times but never to discuss these types of issues.
