Our moving crew was hardworking and very understanding/accommodating of our needs to move belongings to 2 separate locations. One word of advice- be sure to explain any big items in advance as there are some charges for appliances and such PLUS they may cause you to need a bigger truck or make multiple trips. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We offer both hourly and flat rates. We specialize in giving flat rates for long distance moves. We also have apartment specials. %10 off, school and senior programs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We explain to our first time customers what makes us different than your average mover. We share with them that it is more about service to them than it is the money. Lastly we customize each move, no two customers are the same.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?All moving professionals have to tariff and MRT training. We have had such trainings and we have disaster and bad weather training. How to lift and use your body properly while carrying furniture.
