- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting information either through email or phone number. Most of the issues can be resolved this way. If issue is still persistent arrange to meet the user depending on where the user is comfortable to meet.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A+ certification. Network+ certification. I am a tech support profession, I most help the user though the phone or use remote tools.
