When looking for an IT professional, don't just look for a smaller dollar value, but also look for experience. Education, such as my B.S. in computer information systems, my CompTIA A+, Network+, and Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), are all well and good, but experience is what makes a professional truly that: a professional.
