Devin was very responsive and did a great job mounting 3 TVs for my wife and I. On the night of the install he realize he needed an extra tool for the mounts. He didn’t have the tool because I didn’t provide the details he needed for the install however he came back first thing the next day with the proper tool to mount the tvs. He remained professional and kind doing the job and I will use his services again.

Quick response. Did not adjust estimate based on less complicated install. Did an okay job hanging the tv (was off center and crooked, but corrected this once it was pointed out).

Hey, the estimate is calculated based on the job description, parts necessary, and location. The installation was not more or less complicated, so there was no reason to adjust the estimate based on it being "less complicated." If an installer makes the job look easy, that means the installer knows what they're doing. Tvs usually need adjusting once mounted. Which is what transpired. It was adjusted once it was hung on the mount as well as centered on the mantle.

I go over a few questions in regards to how they want the installation and what materials are required and so forth to make the install as easy as possible. Then a time and day is set up that is convenient and as early as possible for the customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 10 years of experience and dedicated time to figuring out all the odds and ends of this type of work.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
i started doing construction about 10 years ago and have worked my into doing pretty much everything construction based over the yeara while specializing in this type of work about 3 years ago.
