Also I study and practice daily, this is an industry where if you want to be one of the best you can't stop learning.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was a Medical Assistant for 7 years at a Multi- Specialty practice. Some of the Physicians did Botox, laser treatments and other cosmetic procedures. I began to work solely with those providers because my appearance and personality suited the environment. Those cosmetic clients always asked about my makeup, some started asking the Doctors if I could teach a class on makeup application. I did that, those classes built my 1st client base. After that I threw myself into learning all I could about makeup application.
