I have been working with Coach D for almost two months now, and believe he is one if the most experienced and committed trainers around. I train 3 times per week. I really enjoy the variety and the challenges he brings to each session. I must be a glutton for punishment…laughing.
Coach D understood my goal and time frame to achieve my goal and was committed to helping me achieve my goal.
He makes each session challenging and fun. My fitness has visibly changed.
