- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Dryer vents $59-$129 depending on the location of the vent Chimney inspections - $99 Chimney Sweep(incl insp) $150-$200 depending on the chimney type
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have upfront and flat rate prices on most of our services so during our initial phone call we can determine what you have and the cost. From there we try to adjust our advertising so we are no more than 1 week booked out. You get a confirmation phone call the day before your appointment as well as a phone call and email 30 minutes to your assigned appointment spot. We do everything digital so all inspection form have full color photos and are emailed directly to the customer at the end of the appointment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technician are CSIA certified through the Chimney Safety Institute of America as well as Certified dryer exhaust technicians. We take great care in making sure you home is fire safe and all the technician also have a wealth of experience as full-time, part-time, or volunteer firefighters
