Wedding Coordination
Bri was incredible! Everything from the rehearsal through the end of the reception went smoothly because of Bri. Any hiccup that came along (missing name cards, wedding party no shows, etc) she had a fix for it. There were a lot of things that I didn't even realize happened until after the reception because she kept everything under control and handled everything that needed to be attended to.

Bri was a pleasure to work with! While we were not able to see her in action on our wedding day due to COIVD-19, we thoroughly enjoyed working with her during the planning process. She is detailed, organized, always kind, and quick to respond. Not to mention understanding during a difficult time!

Bri was the day of coordinator for our recent wedding. She was really wonderful to work with and I would highly recommend her. Here's what you can expect: - courteous, non-judgemental and professional responses. We didn't want a traditional wedding with all the fanfare and many wedding professionals were a bit judge-y when we mentioned we weren't interested in cake or flowers or a wedding party. Bri asked questions and went with the flow. - Detailed organizational tools. Bri sets up a very detailed timeline for the day and uses it to make sure the day goes by smoothly. Honestly things went so smoothly that I didn't even notice Bri for most of the evening (she checked in a few times and was very kind and encouraging). - fast communication. Due to our jobs we preferred talking via email and Bri responded very quickly. She helped smooth out a last minute issue that arose with our caterer (they sprang a $600 fee on us the day before the wedding without any elaboration and without redacting the contract and then didn't reply when contacted by us). Bri talked it out and made sure we knew what was going on. - flexibility and precision. Bri was flexible enough to meet me on a different day than originally planned for our venue walkthrough. She helped with some minor set-up and she coordinated take down. With her help we were out of the venue on time. Right before the event we noticed that there had been a mis-communication about where the caterer would set up beverages (they were put in a place that wouldn't be accessible to guests until after the ceremony but it was a very hot day and we'd asked for them to be outside of the venue instead) and Bri was able to correct the issue. Overall, we are very happy with Bri as an event coordinator and would recommend her to anyone who thinks they might need some help organizing an event.

Bri was amazing! I needed someone on my wedding day who could be where I couldn’t be and she did just that! From Meeting with me beforehand and helping me get organized to bringing me coffee the day of. She thought of all the things I didn’t and my husband and I can’t thank her enough for making sure everything went smoothly on our big day! Would definitely recommend her!

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Package fees include consultation and advice from the time of contract signing through the end of your event! I strive to make every couple feel special therefore, you'l find a little surprises along the way of working with me that will bring your excitement even higher and your stress lower. Additionally, all information we discuss is at the tips of your hands via honeybook software so you don't need to worry about a thing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I love to get to know my couples and other clients. I'll setup a phone call or coffee meeting with you, then once you decide to book I create a collaborative digital workspace for us to work together on.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have a diverse level of training. My undergraduate degree is in psychology and my Master's degree is in business and marketing. I tend to pay attention to the little details and bring a creative and unique style to wedding coordination and design.
