Lila was on time, listened to me, offered feedback, and answered all my questions even on things I hadn't thought to ask. She then provided a thorough & detailed quote by the end of the day. (And their work day isn't a 9-5pm kind of day). The owner reached out to me and got me in touch with the color consultant. She too was punctual and provided assistance. Somehow she could see the vision & direction I wanted to go and together we picked the right shade of grey. That is extremely hard for someone to do. To see what you envision the final look to be. But, she pulled it off and we could not be happier with our color choices. The crew worked within our morning start time without complaint. Everyone was happy and accommodating the entire time they were working. They really seem like they enjoy each others company. So refreshing. They came back a few days later and did touch-ups on anything I had noticed and marked without issue or complaint. The edges are precise & clean. They fixed as many wall imperfections as they could & even fixed ones that weren't bothering me previously. It's not an easy or clean process for the homeowner but they did their best to minimize the mess by covering floors & furniture with plastic. I requested that they allow me to move all my furniture back into place so I could get a deep clean to those areas that don't get cleaned during the normal everyday process. As I see it, you only have a few times in the life of you living in a house to vacuum under your beds, dressers, etc. But I also knew that if I had asked for assistance they would have been more than happy to drop what they were doing to help.
