Initially, I wanted Terry to just help me lost weight because it had gotten out of control for me. Terry has helped me understand what overall health means. He has developed customized meal plans as well as customized workout plans that not only help me lose weight but become healthier. I love working with Tara. I have a lot of health issues and she has created a program that helps me exercise even with my limitations. I am really surprised at all I can do. The workouts are helping me so much. Because of Tara I can tell what I am doing is making me stronger. In addition to my exercise, she has planned a diet for me to follow. She has suggestions of different foods to buy at the grocery store and everything is written down so I know exactly what I need to buy. I was not exercising on my own but with Tara I have encouragement and she knows the correct exercises that will help me. Ashley has been teaching me yoga since last couple of months. She is very calm and brings a positive energy to each sessions.
