Oleh was very responsive, attentive, and exhibited expert knowledge of the issues at hand. Despite ongoing inclement winter weather, and my home being 60+ miles away, Oleh made every effort to make sure we adequately planned the job. Unfortunately, because of the time, distance, and weather factors, I decided to go with a different installer. But based on all my intereractions during the planning stage, I have no doubt that he would have done a phenomenal job.
