As a mother of the bride planning an out of town wedding, I must offer kudos to Carmen! She made every effort to hear and accommodate the ideas of both the bride and the mother of the bride, which were not always the same. She was able to navigate those challenges successfully. She made herself available on three different occasions to meet with us and discuss the details of the wedding plans and she offered very useful feedback, having served in this particular venue before. She catered the food, decorated the venue and provided all the greenery, bouquets, and boutonnieres for the wedding party. In spite of the kind of glitches often beyond ones control (e.g. a bit late after getting stuck behind an accident), she created the look and feel we were hoping for and both the bride and I were very pleased! A couple of stand out moments: Carmen ordered enough flowers to prepare more than one set of boutonnieres in case we were not happy with the coral color we had chosen (but we were!). The brides bouquet was very close to the picture provided by the bride and turned out BEAUTIFUL. The food was tasty and while there were not leftovers, no one left the venue hungry and we did not run out of food. Carmen really did everything possible to make this as close to "perfect" as it could be. We couldn't be happier. Thanks for all your hard work Carmen!! And a very special thank you for the extra effort at the end of the event!!! You're the best!
I helped my neighbor plan a party for her daughter who eloped. She was please with menu diversity, friendliest and how TCP made the planning process so easy. At the event, servers could easily be found and you did not have to wait for a drink. It was a stress free evening for the hostess. And the banana pudding shooters were delicious!!
As a wedding photographer, it can be a task to organize large groups for a photo session without some assistance. Carla did a great job assisting with coordinating the wedding party for group wedding photos.

She was more than a bartender, not only did she make wonderful drinks, she was cleaning, organizing, taking pictures, making sure we didn’t need anything. You made my 40th Birthday party a hit! We had a phenomenal experience working with Top Hat and Liane. Liane and her staff showed up early to prepare giving us a lot of comfort. The food was phenomenal, as everyone loved the meal. We were able to customize the menu to our liking. The service with the bartender/server and chef were incredible. All in all, the event experience with Top Hat exceeded our expectations and we will most certainly use Liane and team again in the future. She took all the stress out of planning our first party.
Renee was very professional and worked very well with all of our requests and needs. She was always on time (extremely important!) and easy to communicate with. We loved her decorations for our backyard baby shower! Her help and attention to detail really saved us a lot of time and effort in preparing for our party. It allowed us as the hosts and our guests to just relax and enjoy ourselves. I highly recommend Renee's company!

My daughter just got married this month and I don't know what we would have done without Rhonda! The wedding and reception was in Asheville in an old restored the theater. My daughter and I met with Rhonda to talk about the type of event we were looking for, our ideas and so forth. Rhonda took what we talked about and created just this amazing vision. I knew planning a wedding would be very involved but I didn't realize all the many many details and all the things we needed to think about. Rhonda kept us straight the whole time! She helped do all the detail planning, decorating, set up, tear down, vendor, and rentals. She made the whole planning process fun. The way she decorated the venue blew everyone away. It was absolutely beautiful! Very elegant and enchanting! Her ideas were so creative. She really created a very special event for us that we will always cherish.
It was a great experience working with Monique on our 1yr old son's birthday party. We had not organized a birthday party before and were feeling pretty anxious. Monique made us at ease and even volunteered to join us when we were purchasing party items so that she could give us some good ideas. On the party day, Monique was right on time at the venue and beautifully decorated the party hall. 5 stars to her and will keep on recommending her to all my friends. Keep up the good work Monique!

I can't imagine having had my wedding day without Nichole. I'm a very hands-on person, so knowing that on the big day I wasn't going to be able to be at the venue (very DIY) to direct everything was nerve racking. Not only did she get everything perfect in regard to the setup, she was a lifesaver during the ceremony and reception. We didn't have to worry about a thing - we went where Nichole told us to go when Nichole told us to go there. Everyone says weddings go by in a blur, and they sure do - but because we didn't have to concern ourselves with any logistics, we actually had time to sit down, EAT, and enjoy being married. It was about a million degrees (more like 85 but in a warehouse with no A/C it felt like a million) so at the end of the ceremony she started rubbing the whole wedding party cups of water and never let my now husband or me want for anything. We felt so taken care of. At the end of the night when Nichole was running interference go get us to our car, I mentioned I never got to have a piece of cake so she ran to get me one and we all waited until I got to finish it! When it came to photos and introductions, she was able to wrangle 14 bridesmaids and groomsmen plus family like a pro. She kept everyone on task and on time. I could keep going, but the best thing I can say to sum it all up is that she was a "me" on a day that I couldn't be.
Nieves Martino planned a cocktail party in my home for 60 people. She was detail oriented, very thorough and always one step ahead. During the event, she spent her time overseeing the staff and checking on our guests to make sure everything was perfect. It was a wonderful evening and we could not have done it without Nieves. We have hired Nieves to plan a corporate holiday party and our daughter's Bat Mitzvah. I would highly recommend Nieves Martino to anyone who wants a beautiful event without the stress and worry.
