I have had the opportunity to participate in the yoga/horse adventure and private coaching. I have to say, it was so eye opening. Jeannine has a natural instinct that helps coordinate the whole process to help a person (me) pay attention to how I am being and how I am showing up in situations. In the private coaching, I struggled with taking the test. But, having Jeannine walk me thru my way of dealing with stress, or happiness or day to day living, has been extremely helpful. I try to read and re-read my notes. I am beginning to catch myself when stress comes up and saying: "Do I really want to show up like that?" It sure helps diffuse situations and bring more clarity to choices. I would totally recommend EVERYONE take some time to work with Jeannine. Learn to set your new goals for a happier, more prosperous, "Living Consciously" life! ( the horse/yoga....THE BEST thing you can do for yourself and your sanity!!)
Debby is such a wonderful massage therapist. Initially I scheduled a massage as simply a treat for myself, a relaxing re-boot. I soon realized Debby's knowledge, experience, and insight combines to offer so much more- pain relief, improved mobility, recovery, true healing. One of her strengths is her expertise in many different types of massage and her ability to expertly and intuitively personalize the session(s) for specific needs. She introduced me to Thai massage, something I would never had tried before, and I absolutely love it! I cannot wait to return for another session!

My husband and I are taking our first Tai Chi/Essentrics class with Suuz and we are extremely happy that we found her! Each new class builds on the last and Suuz' instructions consider our physical limitations while improving our balance, flexibility and peace. Suuz not only teaches us the moves at our own pace but she explains the tai chi principles and physiology behind each move. This makes it easier and more enjoyable for us to learn and remember the moves. Suuz takes us through each move step-by-step while she demonstrates from the front and side to help us learn. And her studio is perfect! We can't recommend Suuz highly enough!

Amber is brilliant and provides a wonderful ambience to make you feel safe, at ease whilst have a ton of fun and try out new things. It was my first paddle yoga but I can not wait to go back. Amber is a breathe of fresh air, she knows her yoga and she has such a bubble personality. Her equipment is all brand new, she takes you to this wonderful peaceful cove (the birds, the trees, the lake !!!) and you get totally lost in the yoga. Its for all levels so everyone will go at his/her own pace. Its just mind-blowing to see the lake and the sky whilst you are doing yoga. It was a proper workout too as you need to use engage your core a lot more. And i was totally chilled afterwards. Thank you Amber. I still get excited when I think about it.
