  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I like to get on a call or zoom meeting and get to know all potential clients just to see if we are even a good fit, because everyone is different and not everyone is going to benefit from my style of training! After we get on that call I give a week or so for you to make a decision on the program you’d like and we go from there! Typically we can start a new program in as little as a week!!

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I am certified through the International Sports Science Association as a personal trainer. I also have my license as a sports nutritionist, and yoga instructor! I also have a degree in psychology and license is behavior therapy that comes in handy for behavior change which is really the essence of personal training.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I have been working out and into fitness for about 4 years now! I got my personal training license in November of 2020!
