I set fair and comparable pricing. My pricing can change based on parts/material, drive time. Extra time on job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Building trust is key. I am open to a welcome call to make sure we are on the same page with needs/expectations of the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
EPA certification, 7+years in the maintenance field allowing for hands on experience with all handyman repairs.
