I was having continual trouble with an employee. It appeared that he was slacking off quite a bit and I believed he was doing it on company time and devices. I contacted Kelly and he told me to bring the employee's laptop and cell phone to him. I made the mistake in notifying the employee ahead of time that I was going to have the devices looked at and believed he erased certain items. Kelly assured me that if he couldn't recover the deleted data that he would be able to tell what the employee did to deceive me. Sure enough, Kelly was able to determine that the employee had deleted data, then backed the phone up, factory reset the phone, then restored it with the backup. He did this on the same day I informed him of my intentions. hmmm. Well, Kelly was also able to retrieve much of the deleted data I was looking for anyway. Fantastic job! Go see Kelly if you need help with any cell phone or computer.

My husband was cheating, but I could not figure out with whom and exactly when. He works 3rd shift, which made it very difficult for me to investigate on my own. I was able to determine the number he was communicating with, but all searches came up empty on who the number belonged to. I decided to call a professional. True professionals! Excellent service! Husband was cheating on me with a neighbor...Was walking to her house late at night under the guise that he was just out walking. It was late at night when I would be asleep. Kelly set up cameras near his lover's house and watched him to her home and inside. Busted him the FIRST night. Really unreal and didn't think it would work, but Kelly assured me he would catch him. Now I'm getting the spousal support he was trying to deny me. I am forever grateful for Kelly's expertise!

Obtaining deleted text messages from cell phones. Let's face it...Today, everyone has a mobile device and our lives practically revolve around them. If your spouse is cheating, it can be found in the phone. If you employee is not using their company phone for permissible use, then it can be found in the phone. If your child is on drugs, sexting, hanging with the "wrong crowd", it will be in the phone.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure they are experienced. Also make sure they have multiple forensic tools. There is "no one tool fits all" solution.
