For the last 15 years, my wife and I have been providing our customers the level of quality they are looking for in their projects. We enjoy working with homeowners to make their ideas reality. We value building trust by standing behind our work. Along with years of drywall finishing, we also paint, install flooring and trim and repair or build decks and fences. Laurel and Jason were always professional, hardworking, thorough, thoughtful, kind, honest and fair. An example of their unique value is when they removed wood flooring from my childhood home and reinstalled it in my current home. Although tricky to match the random pieces of wood, they did an amazing job. I have used Lakeshore Renovations many times for updates / repairs internal & external, large jobs/small jobs. They were always my first choice. Below pictures of my bathroom floor, demolition and final product!

Bundling a few small projects together will save you money! Less travel and multi-tasking adds efficiency.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We enjoy getting to know new customers by taking on smaller jobs first. Larger jobs we usually request advance payment for materials and half the labor.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Started working for my brother in law hanging and Finishing drywall 1996. Learned to set tile on volunteer construction projects (RBC), Roofing from working on disaster relief
