- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most all of our service is based a on a set price. We inform our customers of cost prior to going to there site. However some circumstances cannot be priced that easily. We always will try to give an accurate price for our services and before any service are rendered we ask our clients if that's the route they want to go.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will always, under any circumstances will go out of our way to make our customers happy. PERIOD!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Atlantic I.T Group employee's are always learning and always continuing there education in one manner or another. We as a company make sure that our techs are certified in the types of repairs they are handling. Technology is always changing, to stay current our techs are always in training or having hands on experience with a senior employee.
