Chris was very nice as well as knowledgable. He was at my home when he said he would be there. I am very happy with the service that I received. Chris went out of his way to make sure that all of my questions were answered. My phone was fixed quickly and it looks like it was never damaged. I highly recommend Chris ( Agile IT Group). This was the most disappointing experience. I made an appointment with Chris for 12:00, he called and advised he'd be another hour. I came to my new home which is empty, no furniture and waited. He finally called at 1:20 to say he would be here around 3:00. I advised I had been waiting - working from home on my floor! He called 30 minutes later, said he was on his way and it is now 3:40 and he still has not shown up. I tried calling and now his phone is off!! In response to the customer, I was late however I did call as well as tried to gi ve the customer a discount. I do apologize but a traffic jam is out of my control.

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Most all of our service is based a on a set price. We inform our customers of cost prior to going to there site. However some circumstances cannot be priced that easily. We always will try to give an accurate price for our services and before any service are rendered we ask our clients if that's the route they want to go.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We will always, under any circumstances will go out of our way to make our customers happy. PERIOD!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Atlantic I.T Group employee's are always learning and always continuing there education in one manner or another. We as a company make sure that our techs are certified in the types of repairs they are handling. Technology is always changing, to stay current our techs are always in training or having hands on experience with a senior employee.
