On initial call Guinguette took time to understand the vision I had for my vintage croquet party. She listened to details and WOW did she deliver! Presentation was absolutely beautiful. The pictures don’t do it justice. The quiche so fluffy with the most perfect crust. I asked for chicken salad to go with croissants and a few guests actually asked to take some home. The chicken salad is really that good. Sauce was provided to ensure it wouldn’t dry out. I ate too many of the chocolate croissants. And you HAVE to order the peach and apple galettes. Seriously. Big hit. I envisioned charcuterie to go inside my tea cups, and she arranged it perfectly! One of the ladies sat down stating, “I feel like I’m in Paris” Yes! That was the vibe I was looking for! Thank you Guinguette for making my vision come to life and tasting so good! I would highly recommend this company for future endeavors.
