FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is clear, upfront, and based on the size, condition, and complexity of your space—not hourly guesswork. I provide a fixed quote after a quick chat or walk-through, so there are no surprises. While I’m not the cheapest option, clients consistently say I’m worth it for the reliability, attention to detail, and peace of mind. And for recurring cleanings, I offer a small discount because I value long-term trust over one-time jobs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with a quick chat—either through Thumbtack or a quick call—to understand your space, priorities, and schedule. I’ll ask about pets, access, any problem areas, and whether you prefer eco-friendly products. Then, I show up on time with everything I need, do a walk-through if it’s the first clean, and get to work with quiet, focused attention to detail. After the first visit, I check in to make sure you’re happy and lock in a rhythm that works for you—whether it’s weekly, biweekly, or one-time deep cleans.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
While I’m self-taught, my training is in results—years of hands-on experience in high-end homes and fast-turnover spaces where spotless isn’t optional, it’s expected. I’ve mastered advanced techniques for stain removal, odor control, and deep sanitizing, and I stay current on the best eco-friendly products and tools. For me, the real certification is the trust my clients place in me—and the fact that most come from referrals.
