FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing depends on your commitment and schedule. I have small group (4-6 people) training as well as 1:1 or 1:2-3 options. The more you come the less you pay per session. That's the commitment. There's no contract, just a monthly agreement to stay committed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do an in depth personal assessment plus discuss goals and history. Then I make a recommendation that fits the clients needs. I can sell you a pre designed package and give you all kinds of cookie cutter advice. But if it doesn't work for YOU then you're wasting your money. The biggest benefit of working with a professional trainer is the individualization of your program.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am ACSM certified personal trainer and have earned the Exercise is Medicine credential. I am also a registered nurse. I am a certified Metabolic Effect nutrition consultant as well. I'm excited to be able to utilize my medical knowledge with my passion for fitness to create all around programs to help people reach their goals.
