I’ve followed Billy work on social media, so I decided to give him a try. It was one I’ll never regret. He work with you to the point he makes training seem easier than what you project. He adjust your diet to fit a schedule so you’re never binge eating or over eating. My advice if you want the best give him a try.

    Health is wealth. I make personal training affordable. I just ask for you to give me 110% oF hard work, dedication, and commitment back.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Address nutrition and lifestyle changes, fix posture, then increase technicality, add weight, then add intensity. Varies person to person.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have 2 personal training certification and 1 strength and conditioning certification. I was an athlete growing up ( football, basketball, baseball and track ) I’ve worked with clients from weight loss to weight gain. I’ve coached middle school basketball and volunteered to help out many sports camps.
