Working with practical fitness was one of the best decisions I ever made. Within a matter of weeks I could feel myself become stronger, my aches and pains slowly went away, and I came to understand my body's true potential. All the other times I tried to get into weight lifting and live a more healthy lifestyle I failed because I didnt have the tools or the knowledge to make that vision into a reality. Now, thanks to Practical Fitness, I have finally changed for the better :D

Nate with PF was great! We discussed my goals and challenges to determined what steps I needed to take in order to reach my goals. Nathan interviewed me in depth about current caapabilities, limitations, and my goals. He then carefully planned a workout around these responses and tweaked it to suit my needs and abilities. We talked in depth about nutrition and he printed a menu plan to help me choose low calorie, high protein foods to maximize weight loss He also put an app on my IPhone to record what I ate and track results Unfortunately my program was interrupted by COVID 19 after 8 1/2 weeks, but I continued at home with what I could do without the equipment and Nathan kept in touch by phone. After I finished the initil program, Nathan developed a remote program that I could do myself, with hiis remote supervision. Again he tweake it to accomodate my needs, giving me Pep Talks complete with authorotative information and facts. This unique program is a real blessing.
