Introduction: I don't do the same marketing as other agents - things that serve their best interests and not the clients. Open houses fall into this category - agents use them as a means of lead generation by collecting names of folks that might buy in a year or need to list their house first. This is a terribly inefficient and unnecessary means of marketing a home.
Helping folks save money and educating them about things they might not know - both about buying and selling, but also about construction and the market. I really enjoy working with first time buyers and sellers as they have the most to gain from my experience.
