- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Service Call Fee - $98 for our Appliance Technician to come to your machine, diagnose it and tell you how we can fix it. This fee goes towards your cost of repair so it's money well spent! Our office will happily answer pricing questions over the phone and give you the best ballpark cost for similar jobs! Your true estimate will come from your technician, and we will always be clear about the exact price BEFORE check out! Discounts are available for teachers, Veterans, and active-duty military, everyday. The office runs a secret surprise discount once a week!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
************************************************* A technician will come out, tell you what's wrong, the cost, and the plan. He may even fix it then and there. He may order a part with a parts deposit and come back ASAP to repair your machine!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Titan Appliance Repairs brings 10 years of appliance installation and repair expertise - attending regular continuing education classes and staying on top of best in industry standards. Titan is EPA certified for refrigeration! This is a license required to safely and legally work on sealed system jobs (the part of your fridge that makes it cold). Our office person has 10 years of customer service and social work experience and can't wait to help you out. Our office dog knows how to sit and shake!
