The customer service was amazing but the technician seemed to do a rush job. My sectional is a light beige and had 2 recent stains from my dog that did not come out after it was cleaned and after 24 hours there was still a slight stench afterwards. However an area rug was cleaned and he did a good job but unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend them for the money I paid for the service only for my sectional to look the same as my throw pillows that weren’t cleaned.
Mike was amazing! He came in did everything so quickly and left my carpets not only looking good but smelling better than when I moved in. Ill definitely be using them again!
