FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Where possible, we give flat-rate pricing, generally for services performed in our shop. This saves the customer money, plain and simple. Less hours at your location means less cost to you. We are multi-taskers and we can work on many different things at one when we are in the shop.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are always learning new technologies and techniques to stay on top of the never-ending flood of technology.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was an Industrial Engineer, working for a well-known local company. I was tapped to become the corporate IT Manager when they decided to install a PC Network with what eventually grew to around 300 PCs and Servers in 17 locations across North Carolina.
