- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?At Original Workout we do a flat rate billing system, meaning you have the option to pay one time at the beginning of the month. It is $25 per session. So, for example, if you want 2 sessions a week, you can make a one time payment of $200 the first week of the month. Any roll over days that month would be free this way. However, you have the option to pay individually. The free sessions would just be voided.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?An initial consultation takes place first. At Original Workout we allow folks to come in and try a free workout. We go over a potential client's background of physical activity, as well as any health issues, past and present.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have a bachelors degree in exercise and sports science. Also, I have my National Academy of Sports Medicine Personal Training certificate.
