- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An initial consultation takes place first. We go over background of physical activity, as well as any health issues, past and present. After, we decide if we’re a good fit for one another
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors degree in exercise and sports science. Also, I have my National Academy of Sports Medicine Personal Training certificate.
