- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All rates are before any discounts and applicable fees. Travel fees will be assessed if your event is held outside a 40-mile radius.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We take the time to get to know the customer, understanding them first. Then we learn what they are looking for and what their needs are. From that, we can create a plan of action for their event, adjusting when and where necessary until we have a solid set of goals for their event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied theater in my high school days with the intent of going to New York. That plan fell through and I transitioned to a path to music production. While on that path, I attended a karaoke event, and immediately loved it. I expressed my interest in being a Karaoke DJ, and the rest, as they say, is history.
