To do the BEST repair was only a few hundred dollars more than doing the minimum (to get by) repair. They even scheduled late in the day and stayed late to finish, so there was only minimum interruption to our water availability. They did great work at a great price and went out of their way to make it as convenient as possible for us to keep the businesses in our building up and running. Whether you have a problem in your home or have a commercial business I highly recommend these guys!"See more

Daniel came out to the house last night to fix my plumbing issue. He arrived when he said he would and was very professional and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a faulty sump pump and went to work replacing the pump. We encountered several issues along the way, but Daniel kept a great attitude and did not let any problems get in his way. I was very pleased with the work and perseverance Daniel showed as well as the value for the all work he had to do. I would highly recommend Daniel for any plumbing job you might have. He is truly customer friendly and always looking for ways to save you money which I greatly appreciated. I have used thumbtack multiple time with varying degrees of satisfaction, but Daniel is 5 stars in my book and I am will definitely be calling him again with any plumbing issues.

I needed a plumber to check the water line to my refrigerator. After going in details about the problem, he basically explained that my situation didn't sound like a plumbing problem, but agreed to come. He did state clearly that he was not familiar with appliances. I think I should have gotten a clearer understanding of his charges so I blame myself for the surprise of his charges for twenty minutes. I was thankful he took my check. He went straight to my bank and cashed it as soon as he left my house. Guess he was glad it cleared. I don't think I will be calling him again however, he and his son was nice. I just think he was a bit unclear about his charges. I received an estimate for a new line which was less $12 than what he charged me for nothing. Truly I didn't make a good choice.
