FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing reflects upon the intensity of the labor needed.. While in most cases, the majority of the cost stems from the needed supplies/materials, we are able to have more control over labor costs. But in order to provide a more accurate quote, it's better to receive pictures if possible or a detailed description of exactly what's trying to be accomplished.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we start off by understanding what exactly the customer is trying to accomplish; A new installation, repair, upgrade, addition, etc. Then we take a look at the area the work is to be performed in. Preferably a walk-through with the customer to further discuss details. Then materials are ordered/obtained. Then a start time is determined.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've worked for cable companies, technical companies, and even managed teams of technicians. I have a passion for going above and beyond traditional results and am looking to create a new standard in this industry.
