Back in March 2023 we hired them. At first, the communication was great and service started out great as well. We were having the popcorn ceiling removed in our home. As the progress continued, there always seemed to be an excuse to why it was going to take longer than the original time frame or why it wasn’t going to look good. I didn’t mind too much as long as it was done right. Our home was constantly left a mess, paint residue was everywhere to include our personal items and light fixtures, and our neighbor even informed us they brought a dog with them (which wouldn’t have been an issue if they just asked and cleaned up the dogs poop afterwards). The day before he was supposed to be done, I asked if everything was going to be cleaned up- which he replied yes. He knew we hired a cleaning crew before we fully moved into the home. Although he removed his trash and tools, the paint was still EVERYWHERE. Instead of a one day job, we had to pay for two days of cleaning and an extra $600 to remove the paint from the floors, counters, lights, garage, etc. at the time I didn’t say anything because I still needed some of the work in the house re-done as it was peeling from the walls within the week. I contacted him and he came out and did a little bit of repair, but told me that he will have to wait about a month to come back to fix the rest because he had other home remodeling. 2-3months pass and I had to reach out again. He sends two of his men to the house. The whole time they were appalled at the work done on the ceiling. I expressed my frustration. They said they will contact him and come back the next day. It’s been almost a week and they haven’t stopped back by. I have refrained from leaving a review until I saw everything through, and now that they won’t even come back because of my ‘complaints’, I am leaving the review so they can learn from this experience and hopefully treat others clients better.

I apologize for the miscommunication. I just want to respond to this and point out the process this job went through. You have opted for the cheapest route. Skipped multiple steps to keep it as cheap as possible. The second thing is my cleaners came and cleaned the house that is a complete lie. Nothing was left. You wanted the cheap route, I told you if we did that you need crown molding. That was pointed out at the beginning and you agreed. Sorry you didn’t understand. Tried my best to explain everything.
