- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually charge 2.95 per square foot.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will walk through the home and figure out what needs to be done. What kind of paint would be best. Do the walls need to be sanded, will I have to move furniture. Will ceilings, closets, and trim need to be painted. We will discuss prices, materials, how many gallons would it take and the duration of the project. At the end once a walk through is done I'd need time to fill in the contractual agreement once that's done I'd give a fixed quote if the customer agrees they date and sign the contract and I will too. They'll get a copy and so will I.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've worked many years as a painter for a large company painting Military homes and Barracks.
