I have my Bachelor's in Social Work and have over ten years of experience as an advocate against domestic violence and sexual assault. I'm a wife, mother of twins and an animal lover with my very own loveable Shih Tzu at home. I enjoy the outdoors and traveling. I believe in the power of meditation, mindfulness, self care and journaling. I bring all my own life experiences with me when coaching with an open-mind.
