- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Smart Move USA's pricing is very attractive and affordable. As stated we meet or exceed all the NC Movers Associations. If you searching to hire professionals Smart Move USA is you solution. Our pricing varies depending on the scale of the job. Again, this depends on the complexity of the move and the location. Example, an apartment move on the first floor will be less expensive then if the apartment is located on the third or fourth floor. This distance of the move will also have an effect on the cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Personally, I like to meet with the customer in person with my Operations Manager to complete a walk though of the residence to ensure the quote provided is accurate at least a couple days before the move. This also allows us to plan for any speical furniture they may own that will require special handling outside our normal operating procedures.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a member of the NC Movers Association they provide continuing updates and training classes for the members. We also provide training for new employee's by having our Operations Manager and Assistant Manager load and unload our storage unit that contains many antique items. The truck will be loaded and unloaded until it is done to our high company standards. This also allows us to know which canidates don't have the experince, skills or speed to become part of Smart Move USA's team.
