They were very punctual, professional and worked for 3 hours across all the 20+ vents / ducts. They did the work neatly and took the time to meticulously go through each vent. I was expecting that they would use mechanized rotating cleaning brush to deep clean the ducts, instead they used only a flexible small brush to manually scrubbed the vents and used a vacuum nozzle to clean after so not sure if its truly a deep clean. For a 12 year old property it was surprising that they barely found any build up in the vents.
