Drew mixed two projects for me (one solo and one for my band). Though the style of each project was quite different, Drew (with little or no prompting from me/us) picked out and pushed the parts that really made the songs rock. He finds energy in tracks and makes the listener genuinly excited by what they hear. I couldn't recommend Drew's mixing work highly enough. I will be using him again and again. Mixing (unattended) - $150/song Editing - $35/hour Producing - $50/hour Composition or Sound Design - $100/minute of audio (minimum of $50 for anything under 30 seconds)
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am always seeking out new information, watching tutorials, chatting with fellow engineers and attending seminars. Without this I would simply stagnate and this world of audio is continuously changing.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
This work, for me, wasn't a choice or a decision, but a compulsion. I couldn't not do what I do.
