Terry trains me for shows and I feel like always gives me his best. My workouts and nutrition plans are specifically for me and where I am at that moment. He does what he says he will do and is also patient with me when I have millions of questions, concerns, or when I'm just grouchy when he takes away all of my carbs. :-) I would highly recommend him as a trainer whether you are just trying to get in better shape or prep to get on stage.
Jovon is the best personal trainer that I have ever had. He is terrific to work with. He constantly motivates and pushes me to give my best. I have lost over 15 lbs and built some good muscles in the limited time that I have been with him. I will always recommend him to my known circles. Good luck, Jovon!
I only give 4 stars because I am early on my journey with karen, only 2 workouts so far. But, I have connected with her and very quickly she is engaged in my goals, addressing the whole package of things I need to improve, including diet, flexibility, cardio, core strength, and consistency. I appreciate already her little reminders to keep me motivated!
I lost 5lbs within the first two weeks of working with Justine through an online program and I continued to work with her to gain muscle and lose weight. She has enhanced my understanding and knowledge about my nutrition, the foods I eat and how to count macros. She provided me with weekly nutritional guides personalized to my lifestyle and goals, as well as great fitness articles, recipes, and workouts. She helped me learn how to enhance my cardio and strength training. Justine is great to work with. Working out with CJ was a blast. I had never worked out a day in my life before joining his bootcamp. He made the workouts fun and entertaining while getting into shape and producing a major sweat. Not only does provide the sweat and strength factors; he also focuses on the nutrition.
