One minute I'm trying to lotion my back after falling asleep on the couch wrong, and the next, I'm clutching my ear with my shoulder due to a sudden onset of neck pain! Kenya made a house call the next day and worked the kinks out. I immediately felt a difference after the massage therapy session was over. Now on to healing so I can start stretching daily. I plan to utilize Kenya's services in the future personal training.

I am a Certified Master Personal Trainer as well as a Specialist in Strength and Conditioning, Fitness and Nutrition, Bodybuilding, Senior Fitness, Group Fitness as well as Exercise Therapy. I am currently in pursuit of my BA degree in Exercise Science. I am also a Licensed Massage Therapist.
