- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to begin by having an initial vision discussion via zoom or in person to gain an idea of what the client is looking for. This gives both of us an idea of working with one another and ask questions. Then I like to provide a proposal for pricing along with a virtual vision board of things we discuss. If the client would like to proceed, we have 2-3 additional meetings to finalize details all while also likely texting or emailing ideas and thoughts back and forth between meetings. Deposit is required to confirm partnership.
